Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 29, 2026 · Last updated: August 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Systems Local LLC (“Systems Local,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you visit systemslocal.com, contact us, or use our services. Please read it carefully.
Mobile Information & SMS Consent — Our Commitment
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Contact details — name, business name, email address, mobile phone number, and mailing address.
- Business information — your trade, service areas, services offered, and, for customers, your legal entity name and Employer Identification Number (EIN), which are required to register your business messaging with mobile carriers.
- Consent records — whether you agreed to be contacted, the exact disclosure text shown to you, the date and time, the IP address, the browser user agent, and the page URL where consent was given.
- Communications — messages you send us by form, email, or text.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe processes your payment data under its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy. We retain only a payment token, the last four digits, card brand, and billing history necessary to service your account.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you request.
- To send you service and transactional messages by text, phone, and email — for example, confirming your request, onboarding steps, billing notices, and support replies.
- To send marketing messages only where you have separately opted in to receive them.
- To create, configure, and operate your website and automations.
- To register your business for A2P 10DLC messaging with mobile carriers, which requires disclosing your legal business name, EIN, address, and contact information to The Campaign Registry and participating carriers.
- To process payments, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms.
- To comply with legal obligations and maintain records of consent.
3. Text Messaging and Calls
When you provide your phone number and check the consent box on our forms, you authorize us to contact you at that number. Consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of purchasing anything from us.
- Message frequency varies; marketing recipients typically receive 2–6 messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation and no further marketing texts.
- For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@systemslocal.com or (904) 867-4210.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Full details are in our SMS Terms & Conditions.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:
- Service providers who operate the platform on our behalf — including GoHighLevel (CRM and messaging), Twilio and equivalent carriers (SMS and voice delivery), Stripe (payments), email delivery providers, and hosting providers. These parties may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Carriers and The Campaign Registry, for the purpose of registering and delivering business text messages.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Systems Local, our customers, or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We never share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide services and to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. Consent records are retained for a minimum of five years after the consent is withdrawn or the account closes, because we may need them to demonstrate compliance with telemarketing law.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor review. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of a breach affecting your personal data where required by law.
7. Your Rights and Choices
- Opt out of texts — reply STOP to any message.
- Opt out of email — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Access, correct, or delete — email privacy@systemslocal.com and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
- Do Not Sell or Share — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to appeal a denied request. Contact us at the address above to exercise them. We will not discriminate against you for doing so.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Third-Party Links
Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and this Policy does not apply to them.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice by email or through the service.
